Third-Party Manufacturing is a process. Where some other manufactures, manufacture products for your brand. For third party manufacturing, you must have a licence and GST. For this, your company must be registered. In this, you have to share the ingredients of your products with the manufacturing company. So they manufacture products under your brand name.
Make a list of your desired products:
Firstly make a list of desired products which you want to manufacture by third party manufacturing. When you finalise the products share them with manufacturers ask for the prices from the manufacturer. Also, request them for their quotations, which includes, the minimum ordered quantity, delivery charges, Product cost, their securities charges.
Finalise Product Quantity:
After that, finalise your product when they will give you the quotation. Few things you have to highlight like mention the quantity of the products. This means you have to mention how many pieces you want in a box.
Place Your Order:
When you finalise the products, place your order to the third party manufacturing company. Also, contact the manufacturer to confirm your order. Now, you have to pay the partial advance payment. So, they can initiate the manufacturing.
After that, you have to check some point sare they have done or not:
Check for your brand name is visible in the box and the foil.

Design of the packaging and colour combination.
Your Brand name is marketed by section, logo, and address on the box and foil

When all the products are manufactured you will inform by the manufacturer. they will share the invoice with you. When you clear all the payments to the manufacturer then they will transport your products.
